WHAT'S MY STORY?

Up until I was 20 years old, all food was fuel. Pizza, frozen foods, ramen noodle soup in a cup, it was all normal. I was eating, so I was good.

 

I also thought my low energy levels and depression were normal. "A part of life" they say.

 

Looking back now, boy was I wrong! And it hurts to see so many people thinking health implications and a low self-esteem is normal too!

 

In 2016, I saw a documentary that changed my life forever. Had I been this clueless all this time about how the food on my plate was being made?

 

That's when my vegan journey began. Best decision of my life. But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows from the start.

 

I made the same mistake I made before. I thought "it's vegan, so it's healthy". I was eating all the vegan junk food and got carried away.

 

My pants weren't zipping up anymore. My face was oily and full of acne. I felt exhausted all. the. time. Even worse, I felt so disgusting, ugly and worthless. I hated looking at myself in the mirror.

 

One day I was in a fitting room, trying on clothes a size bigger than usual. I realized what was happening, put the clothes back and left without purchasing anything. I didn't want being overweight to be normalized. I didn't need new clothes because I already had clothes.

 

I went home and committed to a plan for myself. A plan to lose the excess body fat and love myself again. To wake up and feel sexy, strong, healthy and beautiful.

 

After only 2 months of dedication, I did it! I was a lean, strong, healthy and energized version of myself. Feeling confident in my bikini and fitting into my old clothes again.

 

But it's not just about the looks. It's about embodying this new identity that truly feels so right and free. Loving every bit of myself from inside-out. A feeling that everyone deserves.

 

Because committing to yourself for 2 months can do more than just create a pretty body and a strong mindset for you.

 

How would it feel like to wear bright colors and your favorite outfits again? Maybe start dating again?

 

How would it feel like to have the energy to play with your kids? Would that make them happy? Would that make you happy?

 

What if your confidence and energy levels boosted so high that you started making "boss moves" at work and got promoted for it? Bigger paycheck!

 

There isn't a secret "magic pill" that's going to do the trick. It will require your belief, consistency and you showing up.

 

But there is a magic to waking up and going to sleep as the sexiest and healthiest version of yourself. It can be incredibly rewarding, free-ing and life-changing.

 

And you're not going to be left behind.
